Yes, but to receive all the benefits of the Wild Card, players are encouraged to pick up their new Wild Card on their next visit to any of the Seminole Casino properties. If you’re not a member, simply visit the Player’s Club to sign up. It’s fast, free and easy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PLAY FALLS BELOW THE REQUIRED LEVEL?
Three months prior to the end of your tier status, we will mail you a letter notifying you that your current play has fallen below the level required for that tier. We’ll inform you how to maintain your status so that you can keep enjoying your Player’s Club privileges.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY WILD CARD WHILE PLAYING AT COCONUT CREEK, BUT THE CARD WAS ISSUED AT HARD ROCK TAMPA?
No problem! Simply visit the Player’s Club booth with proper identification and a new card will be issued. That’s the beauty of having a single program that links all of our casinos!
WILL DIRECT MAIL OFFERS BE BASED ON MY PLAY AT A SINGLE PROPERTY?
Direct mail offers can be based on play at a particular property or play within the entire company, depending on the campaign.
WILL I EVENTUALLY BE ABLE TO CHECK MY REDEMPTION POINTS AND CLUB STATUS ONLINE OR AT THE PROPERTY?
Yes. We have plans for both of these features. For the time being, you can visit any of our Player’s Clubs and representatives will be able to let you know your points and how close you are to reaching the next card level.
I didn’t get my normal newsletter booklet with all the coupons. Instead, I got one with just one free play offer. Why?
Our New Wild Card Bounceback Free Play program starts you out with one offer each month and rewards you with new offers each time you play during the month. So if you played three times in a month, you would receive three more offers. If you played ten times in a month, you would receive ten more offers.
When will my next offer arrive? When can I use it?
We will upload your offer to your account 48 hours following your visit. The same offer will be mailed 72 hours following your qualifying visit. It generally takes about two days for the mail to get to you. Your new offer will be valid for a period of 30 days.
Is there any limit to the number of extra offers I can receive in a month?
Only the number of times you play! Play every day, and we’ll mail you an offer after each visit.
Why am I not receiving the Bounceback offers in the mail?
Players who earn 100 tier Status Credits in a visit will receive a Bounceback offer.
How do I earn Comp Points in the new program?
Comp points are now Comp Dollars. It is based on the type of slot machine you play. For most Reel Slots, you will earn 1 Comp Dollar for every $300 you play. In the past, it took 400 points to earn $1, so now you can earn more, faster!
What can I use my Comp Dollars for?
Everything you used to use your points for, you can use Comp Dollars for. Most customers use them at our restaurants and gift shops.
Your advertising says Get More. Faster. What does that mean?
Our new Wild Card program is designed to reward you with more comps by making it easier and faster to earn them. In addition, you will earn Elite status twice as fast as you could in the old program. Lastly, we will send you Bounceback Free Play offers within three days of your play to reward you more quickly through the mail.
I used to be Gold. What status am I now?
All former Gold members will be upgraded to Platinum status.
